Our History.......
Our family run buisiness has a long tradition in property. It was founded by the Middleton family in 1999 with business activities passing to their son Sean, in recent years.
With a portfolio of 7 properties in Sunderland and Washington we hold a passion for the Wear, known for its rich industrial heritage, vibrant culture and of course S.A.F.C.
Our approach not only supports providing suitable living spaces but also fosters economic stability and community development throughout our beloved region.
